Compli-Text works with Lead Manager, eAgent, Ricochet360 and Performology — each used alongside Hearsay Relate. Tell us which one you use when you start your trial and we'll send the right version.
What browsers does it support? ▾
Compli-Text works in both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Install it once from the Chrome Web Store and it works in either browser.
How does the 5-day free trial work? ▾
Enter your work email and pick your CRM — no credit card up front. We email you the extension and the install guide for your setup right away, and your trial runs 5 days from the moment you activate it. When the 5 days are up the extension stops sending and asks for a card. Enter it and you’re back to texting on the same email address — nothing to reinstall.
Do I have to use the Chrome Web Store? ▾
Lead Manager, eAgent and Ricochet360 all install straight from the Chrome Web Store — Ricochet needs two extensions, the core Compli-Text plus the Ricochet Launcher. Only the Performology Launcher is a ZIP you load yourself: unzip it, open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, and click Load unpacked. The email we send walks through whichever one applies to you.
Can I buy multiple seats for my team? ▾
Yes! We offer three tiers: 1 seat at $149/yr, 5 seats at $699/yr, and 10 seats at $1,299/yr. Each seat gets its own license key. Need more than 10 seats? Contact us at hello@compli-text.com for custom pricing.
